Delivery method: SF Express
Residential and Specific Area Express: All residential and specific areas in Hong Kong include: Outlying Islands, Hong Kong and Kowloon District Governments, Public Affairs Agencies and Schools
Shunfeng store / SF service point / smart cabinet self-acquisition: for the SF Express service center, SF station and the smart cabinet address
Distribution range: delivery address can be applied to all districts
Delivery time: Normal delivery time is generally 2-5 working days from the date of payment. Hot items sometimes exceed 10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
Shipping costs: Single order full of HK$400, free shipping on this order! However, if the single order amount is less than HK$400, an additional HK$30 shipping fee (basic weight) will be added and the shipping cost will be automatically added by the system.
*When the product is requested for return, the freight caused by the refund must be borne by the customer. The amount of the returned product is deducted from the shipping cost of HK$30 (basic weight).
*After the status in the delivery preparation, the delivery cannot be retained, the delivery information cannot be modified, the address cannot be changed, and the delivery and return cannot be cancelled.
* If the delivery information is unclear or the error is caused by the return and re-delivery of the courier, the additional cost must be borne by the customer.
